Enchanted Glass Review

I somehow missed Diana Wynn Jones’ books growing up, so I have been slowly rectifying the situation in the past couple of years.  I’m nowhere near to completing my quest, but I’m one book closer as of this past Friday.

Enchanted Glass was a perfect Friday afternoon read after a long week.  The two main characters are endearing and like-able, and of course, the world they live in is cleverly created and fleshed out. I liked how Jones brought in the classic fairies of legend: Oberon, Titiana, Puck, mad Queen Mab… It was a new take on old tales.  I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a fun fantasy.
